The addition of real time digital vision on press enables immediate print deviation alerts and corrective action during production. Simultaneous 100% electronic roll mapping is also utilized to further assist off-line QA review. The roll map becomes a permanent component of the batch record and is also available for customer compliance pursuant to FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

	QuickFoil In response to the growing demand for short to medium blistered product run sizes, Control Group introduced QuickFoil. Now you can have up to 12 color printed foil with front to back registration using FDA compliant primary contact inks and heat seal coatings. The advantage of this new innovation is that you can bring finished product to your packaging line in just weeks instead of months at a substantial savings from typical blister foil sources.
